Toff Tails began with the pets in our own lives. Like so many people, our pets are not an addition to life, they are woven into it. They walk beside us across fields. They sit on our laps in the evenings. They come to the pub, to work, to the front door when guests arrive. They are part of the rhythm of home.

And yet, when it came to choosing things for them, the options often felt disconnected. Often overly practical, overly manufactured and uninspiring, without much thought behind them.

We saw how cats are so under-represented in the pet retail industry compared to our canine companions, and we knew we could offer more for our feline friends.

We felt there was room for something more considered.

A place that understands family life with pets; the love, the fun, the community and reflects it with care. A place where you can find products that feel reliable, beautiful and thoughtfully made for pets and humans alike. A place where celebration is welcome, but never at the expense of quality. Toff Tails was created to be that place.

We believe in reading the ingredient list. In choosing materials that last. In selecting fewer things, but better ones. We believe in knowing our customers and their pets. In being part of the everyday fabric of the community.
